CANCELLATION POLICIES

INDIVIDUAL RESERVATION :

  •  
  • Cancellation made two (2) days before the scheduled arrival date is free of charge.
  • Hotel cancellation made on the day of the arrival / NO SHOW will be subject to 100%  1 night accommodation fee.
  • Cancellation 1 day before the scheduled arrival date is subject to 50% of 1 night accommodation fee.
  • An additional 50% of the accommodation fee will be charged on the second day of no-show.

*Accommodation charges shall be paid with Japanese currency or by Credit Cards upon arrival.

DEPOSIT:

A deposit of 10,000 Yen will be required for accommodations exceeding 30 nights.

GROUP RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICIES :

RESERVATION:

  • A booking of eight (8) or more rooms is understood to mean a group booking. It is therefore requested that a reservation must be booked directly from the Juyoh Hotel through Email.
  • Advance reservation must be made two (2) or three (3) months before the arrival date to assure room availability.
  • Group reservation may be declined and or not guaranteed during high season due to high volume of occupancy.
  • To confirm the reservation we ask for partial deposit/full deposit through a bank transfer or a PayPal credit payment and must be paid on the deadline set by the Juyoh Hotel.
  • Regular rate will be quoted and may change during high season.

CANCELLATION POLICY :

  • Cancellation received 2-month prior to arrival date is free of charge and payment (partial or full) is refundable.
  • Cancellation made 1-month prior to arrival date will be subject to forfeiture of your partial payment.
  • Amendments to your reservation must be made two (2) weeks prior to your arrival date.
  • Please note that modifications are subject to the room availability of the hotel.
  • Cancellation or modification between 14 days or less prior to arrival date will be denied.

NON REFUNDABLE : 

  • Cancellation /No Show made 2-Week prior to group reserved arrival date will be subject to forfeiture of your full payment.

PAYMENT METHOD:

BANK TRANSFER: A total amount of Charges shall be paid through a Bank Transfer. The remitter shoulders the bank service charge.

Paypal Credit Payment: An invoice will be sent to you including the commission fee.
