PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

PAYMENT:

Accommodation charges shall be paid with Japanese currency or by Credit Cards upon arrival.

DEPOSIT:

A deposit of 10,000 Yen will be required for accommodations exceeding 30 nights.

CANCELLATION / NO SHOW:

Reservations may be cancelled without charge up to two (2) days prior to arrival.

• 1 day before arrival: 50% of 1 night accommodation fee
• On the day of arrival: 100% of one night accommodation fee
• No show: 100% of the first night's accommodation fee and 50% of the second night's accommodation fee

An additional 50% of accommodation fee will be imposed on the second (2nd) day of non appearance

GROUP CANCELLATION POLICY:

CANCELLATION:

Cancellation or modification between 14 days or less prior to arrival date will be denied.

Reservation may be cancelled without charge up to 14 days prior to arrival.

PAYMENT Method:

BANK TRANSFER: A total amount of Charges shall be paid through a Bank Transfer. The remitter shoulders the bank service charge.

Paypal Credit Payment: An invoice will be sent to you including the commission fee.

REFUND POLICY:

Paid Accommodation charges are non-refundable.
